Fusinio provides AI-powered ERP solutions including CRM, inventory management, sales tracking, task management, and business analytics. Our services are provided on a subscription basis and are subject to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Payment & Subscriptions

Payment processing is handled securely through Paddle. All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, while annual subscriptions may be eligible for refunds within 14 days.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
